Wágner dos Santos
With over 20 years of experience, Wágner is a brand strategist, social activation marketer, public speaker, podcaster, and one of the pioneers in online services at age 17. He has partnered with such iconic brands as Coca-Cola, Google, Dell, Target, Ford, Sprint, SeaWorld, Autograph Collection Hotels, and Hilton Hotels & Resorts, among many others.
Prior to starting Wagner, he was president/CEO and founder of Beloved., a national award-winning marketing agency, and gained invaluable work experience from such agency powerhouses as Momentum Worldwide (Interpublic Group), GMR Marketing (Omnicom) and Havas Impact.
For the past 20 years Brent has managed and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams creating multi-channel, digital, experiential, and branded content for some of the most respected brands. Experience includes Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, Florida Hospital, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Verizon FiOS and Disney Cruise Line.
Prior to starting Wagner, he was partner/executive creative director at Fareed Zapala Koepke. Brent oversaw all creative work for both the Orlando, Florida and the Dublin, Ireland offices. FZK worked exclusively within the hospitality, travel and tourism industries, providing marketing expertise and creative services to Fortune 500 companies, national brands and independent hotels and resorts around the world. Brent also worked for Ypartnership (MMGY Global) as vice president and group creative director.
Joel is a multilingual public relations professional and executive communications trainer with more than 20 years of experience in creating and directing media relations, crisis communications and social media campaigns for general and multicultural audiences in the education, healthcare, travel & tourism, real estate development, sports and professional services industries.
Prior to Wagner, he worked for Edelman, Burson-Marsteller, and Walt Disney Parks & Resorts. He’s worked with such global brnds as the Mexico Tourism Board, IKEA, Accenture, State Farm Insurance, and Shell Oil Company.
